At Iowa State Team Store, we want you to show your Cyclone pride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Whether you need a different size or changed your mind, our goal is to ensure every fan is completely satisfied with their gear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
